Polimanti is a design consultant for real estate in hospitality developments. It aims to address high-end projects by enhancing their value, taking temporariness as the cornerstone of intervention — thinking of each project as a temporary mission: dismountable, suspended, and reversible. This is achieved both through design from scratch, following the client's needs, and by intervening on existing projects through Radical Value Engineering (RVI). RVI is a design approach for a better built environment. Design has become a luxury; RVI aims to return luxury to design, and thus to its social responsibility.
